You can permanently delete your Arpa account and associated data from inside Arpa, or use the request form below if you cannot access the app.
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Arpa will show the deletion information and required confirmations before anything irreversible happens.
Arpa Support will never ask for your password or Emergency Recovery code.
If you cannot complete deletion inside the app, complete this form using the email address linked to your Arpa account. Your email app will open with the request prepared for support@arpafamily.com.
Account-linked information covered by Arpa's deletion workflow is deleted or otherwise removed from active use. This includes the account profile, authentication account and supported user-scoped cloud and device data handled by the deletion process.
Where Shared Connection information also belongs to other participants, the surviving shared record may remain for those participants while the deleting account's identity or membership attribution is removed where required.
If a Google Play subscription is linked to the account, Arpa's protected in-app deletion workflow checks the renewal state and, where required, requests and verifies cancellation of future renewal. Google Play separately controls store-side billing and purchase history.
Arpa does not use account deletion as a reason to keep ordinary account or organiser data indefinitely. Limited technical or business records may remain where needed for deletion integrity, security, subscription administration, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, app-store requirements, accounting or legal obligations.
